The graduated cushion cut Burma rubies, approximately 4.10cts, with eight rose cut diamond points in between, to a pierced and scroll engraved gallery, fluted shoulders, mounted in 18ct gold, stamped '18CT', accompanied by GCS report no. 5776-4880 giving a Burma origin opinion for the rubies and that they show no evidence of heat treatment
