Decorated with an en tremblant flowerhead with five petals centred by a large cushion shaped diamond of oblong outline, upon a scrolling stem with budding flowerheads and curling foliage, open cut down collet set in silver and gold with cushion cut diamonds throughout with rose cut diamonds accenting, gold fittings.
