Description & Technical information
Precious rectangular-shaped gold 18 carats minaudière with white champlevé enamel decoration of vertical stripes. The hinged push-button lid features a Louis XVI-style oval medallion in the center, decorated with a floral basket set with diamond-cut roses on a white enamel background, the border and push-button also set with roses. The interior features several compartments opening on hinges, including a mirror and two cloverleaf-shaped clamps.
Goldsmith: WAB; Sweden, Stockholm, 1917. Fully hallmarked, with three crowns, 18K, silversmith, city and P7 for 1917.
