Presentation: Since December 2007 our Gallery is housed in an impressive historic building, a former Grammar School built in 1880, which was completely renovated to create a modern and stylish gallery space. The four large state-of-the-art showrooms will permanently display the international quality collection of Chinese export porcelain, Han and Tang pottery, and Chinese and Japanese works of art.

The ground floor gallery space enables us to regularly organise special exhibitions and events, as well as continuing to participate in important international art and antiques fairs. We are providing much better facilities, which means better accessibility for our customers. Our offices are housed on the second floor of the building. Vanderven Oriental Art remains a family business with the high level of service customers have come to expect of us.

We have based our gallery in our home town of ’s-Hertogenbosch, a beautiful medieval city. We find it is ideally located for our international activities and only an hour from Antwerp and Amsterdam and 1.5 hrs from Brussels, Cologne and Düsseldorf. Eindhoven airport is only 30 minutes away. This makes our new gallery extremely accessible for our (international) clientele and we look forward to welcoming them!
