Centred by a cushion cut Burma ruby of approximately 3.90ct, to a tapering diamond strap pave set with circular cut stones and with rectanglar cut ruby accent lines, mounted in platinum, signed 'CARTIER', numbered 5645, total diamond weight approximately 2.70cts, accompanied by AGL report no. CS43684 for the principal ruby giving a Burma origin opinion with no evidence of heat treatment
