Designed as a graduated row of marquise cut rubies, spaced by 'X' shaped diamond foliate clusters, in white diamond and with coloured diamond collet centres in tones of orangey-brown and yellowy-brown, the rubies claw set, the diamonds collet set, mounted in silver and gold, the diamonds of old brilliant and single cut, serial number 2761, French assaymark and workshop mark for MS (or SW)
