The rounded rectangular brooch centred by a round brilliant cut diamond, surrounded by smaller old cut diamonds, all millegrain open set, the rock crystal body of the brooch carved with a repetitive Indianesque design of leaves and swirls, the edge of the brooch formed of a single row of old round cut diamonds, all mounted in platinum, signed to the bottom edge 'CARTIER PARIS LONDRES NEW YORK' and serial number to top edge '6575'
