Designed and executed by: Rudolph Meÿer, 1st quarter of 19th century
African mahogany veneer on pine, linear intarsias in maple, surface slightly repolished, most glass original, white enamel dial, Arabic chapters, blued steel hands, 1-month movement, deadbeat escapement with Graham anchor and central second, driven from a single solid pulley by paired small brass weights, knife edge suspension, and steel rod pendulum with lead filled brass bob, movement has been overhauled by an expert clock-maker, first-class original condition.
