Bent beech and plywood, dyed to rosewood, surface slightly repolished, brass cuffs and fittings, upholstery and fabric renewed, very good condition.
This sitting group was first presented as part of a drawing-room ensemble at the winter exhibition of the Austrian Museum of Art and Industry in 1901. In the following year, this ensemble was shown in Turin and, in 1904, in Saint Louis.
