Weight: 2808.5g / 90.00oz the back plate in the form of a pilaster with ball knop finial either side of and openwork foliate scroll Royal cypher and crown surmount, at the mid-point a swagged and tied curtain with foliate scroll engraved decoration, the S scroll candle arm projecting from this point, with a cushion effect below and pilaster terminating beneath in a scallop shell, the arm with harebells and scrolls, supporting a circular drip pan with fluted band to the underside, the sconce of campana shape.
Note: The cypher changed circa 1810, for CR Charlotte Rex, Queen and wife of George III
