Description & Technical information
The semi-elliptical tops veneered in well-figured mahogany and banded in burr yew wood and Goncalo Alvez. The frieze similarly veneered with densely figured burr yew and Goncalo Alvez. The four tapering legs also inlaid and headed by oval paterea.
This exceptional pair of tables dating from the last quarter of the eighteenth century closely follow the designs of Thomas Sheraton.
