The round panels pierced and millegrain set with rose cut diamonds in a flowerhead design, the detachable figure-of-eight connectors with swivel hinge to centre, the panels unmarked, the connectors with French marks, probably made for retail in London, fitted case for Boucheron in which the panels sit as buttons, space below bed for the detachable connectors: 'BOUCHERON // PARIS, 26 Place Vendome // New York, 25 West 54th Street // 180 New Bond Street, LONDON' (the latter in larger lettering).
