Technical

The cluster centred by an old cut round brilliant cut diamond to a ground of small half-pearls in stipplework gold, to a border of round turquoise cabochons, opening at the base to reveal a locket compartment within, hung from a turquoise and pearl tapering fan shaped suspension loop.
