Description & Technical information
The central bombe heart applied with the diamond set bird, having ruby eyes and wings outstretched in the manner of a St. Esprit, opening to one side to reveal a glazed locket compartment, between straight tapering shoulders applied with a diamond forget-me-not to one side and a diamond bellflower to the other, each framed by gold rococo-style scrolls, rich blue guilloche enamel ground, polished gold underside, the diamonds of old brilliant and cushion cut and mounted in silver.
