The Gujarati jambiya of chased gilt copper decoration of flowers and foliage. The scabbard of purple velvet and chased floral gilt copper mounts. A 19th century Kutch sword is published in Robert Hales, Islamic and Oriental Arms and Armour: A Lifetime's Passion, England, 2013, p. 183, pl. 436, has very similar floral decoration depicted on the mounts of the scabbard.
