A later conversion of a Georgian seal. This beautiful depiction is referrable to sacred arts— Poetry and Music. Slight wear marks on the surface of the stone. 

For the ancient Greeks and Roman, Apollo was also patron and protector of artists. In this scene, the presence of the lyra (behind his neck), refers directly to the divine attribute and its protective power for poets and musicians.
