The deity is facing right, with her bust partially draped and one breast exposed. On the head, the isiac crown (solar disc with the horns and feathers). 
Signs of wear and small defects on the setting around the stone.
A syncretic effigy of the Graeco-Roman goddess of Beauty with the attributes of the most important deity of ancient Egypt.
