We would like to thank Mr. Klaus Lorenz from Friedrich Otto Schmidt company in Vienna for his friendly help and for providing us with the documentation.
The extremely fruitful cooperation between F. O. SCHMIDT and Adolf Loos has left us a legacy of first-class furniture. Very often, however, it is impossible to
unequivocally trace back its authorship to Loos based on old documentation. But
if we recognise his design language and spirit in this furniture, it may
justifiably be described as à la Loos.
