The openwork drop shaped panel pendant, millegrain set with diamonds designed as a pave ground around the central cushion cut ruby with laurel band frame and diamond line border, foldover effect top with an acanthus leaf and foliate scroll surmount, hung on a woven seed pearl necklace strap, of hexgaonal lattice pattern, the pearl strap spaced half way along either side by a cushion ruby and diamond garland cluster motif, accompanied by a copy of an AGL report no. 1079901 giving the three rubies a Burma origin opinion and that they show no evidence of heat treament.
