The stylised openwork cartouche with a principal round brilliant cut to centre, set around with baguettes, marquises and round brilliants forming C scrolls, a swag, a vase-type foot and a fan-like cluster surmount, mounted in platinum, stamped 'JC' and 'PT950', together with a Cartier case.
