The rich Royal blue enamel ground over feather-engraved pattern, collet set to centre by cushion cut diamond, mounted in 18ct yellow gold and with chain connections, similar old round brilliant cut diamonds to circular studs, all stamped '18CT', the links with maker's mark WJH.
