Alternating cushion cut sapphires with cushion cut diamonds, largest to the middle, each spaced by diamond set twin-leaf motifs, the diamonds of old brilliant, single and rose cut, each duo facing point-end toward the central stone, the sapphires claw set in gold, the diamonds cut-down collet set in silver backed with gold, all open.
