Of lozenge shaped outline, the central oval turquoise held by diamond set foliate claws, to an openwork frame of rubies and outer border of cushion cut diamonds, the white drop pearl hung below with a diamond set cap and cushion diamond highlight in between, mounted in silver and gold, pendant fitting to verso, the brooch fitting and the pearl drop both detachable, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Lab report no. 09857 stating that the pearl is natural and of saltwater origin
