The spray of articulated marquise-cut citrines shaded light to dark orangey-brown, forming stylised hanging flowerheads, each with brilliant cut diamond cap surmounts, all sat upon stylised gold wirework stems forming a posy, wrapped by diamond set ribbon motif, to the base signed 'Cartier', serial no: 5545, the diamonds in total approximately 3.15cts, together with a fitted Cartier case
