The openwork oval cluster head with a round brilliant cut diamond frame by six spaced smaller old brilliant cut diamonds with radiating curved of calibre cut rubies, outer border of single cut diamonds and around the gallery further shannel of calibre cut rubies, scroll pierced under gallery, trifurcated shoulder with diamond set foliate detail, reeded shank, the stones all millegrain set and mounted in platinum
