Description & Technical information

Yazd is an elegant city along the Dasht-e-Kavir desert, on the road from Isfahan to Kerman. It was well known for cotton and silk textiles and started later to produce carpets, a little bit in the style of Kerman, but mostly not as tightly knotted.
