Of deep elliptical form, the cover, sides and base with applied vari-colored gold garlands against a strié ground, within dentillated borders, marked inside cover, base and sides, with the charge of Eloy Brichard and the bezel with the discharge of Jean-Jacques Prévost; maker's mark indistinct; bezel also stamped 827 incuse.
