Meet the gallerist
Alon Zakaim
Born in 1969 and raised in a family of antique dealers, Alon Zakaim completed his studies at Sotheby's Institute in London in 1990, where he specialised in 19th and 20th Century art. Working independently as an art dealer for 18 years, he opened his first permanent gallery in Cork Street in 2006. Following a steady growth of the company, he launched a larger gallery on Dover Street in February 2012 and continues to operate from this space.
