The pear shaped panel below an oblique cushion panel, each pave set with circular cut diamonds with principal stone to centre and bordered by a line of calibre cut sapphires, the pear panel with a diamond scroll surmount, all hung from a diamond bar suspension loop with sapphire lines supporting a later added tracelink chain, millegrain and collet set in platinum.
