Description & Technical information
Price: £900
A Chinese porcelain famille rose dinner plate with a continuous scene of boats on a Chinese river, extending over the whole surface of the plate.
This is an unusual design for this period - dinner plates like this normally have border decoration on the flattened rim. This suggests that this could have been made for the Chinese domestic market as well as the export market.

Medium: Chinese porcelain
