Modelled face-on, wearing the Pharoah's striped nemes headdress set with lines of old single cut diamonds, to forehead area a diamond and ruby cluster representing the Uraeus snake, similar motif below, upon the gold framed locket enamelled around with pseudo hieroglyphics in red, white, blue and black, similar to the frame reserve, covered by a crystal panel with facetted rim, opening on a hinge to one side, the compartment within showing the white agate backing to the cameo, the suspension loop set with a line of rose cut diamonds to the front.
