The purplish toned red tourmaline bordered by twelve old round brilliant cut diamonds, black enamelled dot spaced border, the tapering square section shoulders inlaid with black enamel heart and bellflower motifs in strapwork borders, the gems claw set and mounted in gold, stamped '18K'.
