The octagonal step cut emerald in a cushion border of small old round brilliant cut diamonds meeting and extending as two lines down the shoulders, pierced detail and decoration, millegrain set, mounted in platinum, signed 'MARCUS', the emerald approximately 1.25ct, the diamonds approximately 0.40cts in all
