The shell formed of the leaf shaped cabochon garnet within a surround of cushion and old round cut diamonds and green guilloche enamel, the head stylised with three step cut emeralds, the body and underbelly of the turtle naturalistically chased and engraved in gold, all close back settings, with detatchable pin fitting, the approximate diamond weight is 1.15cts
