Description & Technical information
Bidjar is a small city in the heart of the Persian province of Kurdistan. It produces very strong and heavy qualities of knotted rugs, but the woven kilims are also very attractive. The unsophisticated designs have a striking visual effect. Irregular patterns capture the free inspiration of the weavers. ©Ch. Vrouyr
