Dimension 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.2 cm (0⁵/₈ x 0¹/₂ x 0¹/₈ inches)

Engraved with a draped portrait bust of an Emperor, perhaps Gordian III, in profile to the left, and characterized by short hair, beard and moustache. The fronthead wrinkled, long arched eyebrow, lided eye and semi-opened mouth. The bust draped. Traces of patina and wear marks.
Beautiful conservation.
