A very fine rectangular gold box with a vertical frame and two lids that open in opposite directions. Its sides are streaked with sinusoidal lines and decorated with geometric designs of waves and scales in high relief. The interior has two compartments. The geometric decoration is extremely modern. PARIS, 1759-1760.
