The Bertrand de Lavergne gallery was created in 1985 at the “Louvre des Antiquaires” and just moved to new premises situated 17, rue des Saints-Pères 75006 PARIS. It presents Chinese export porcelain and art from the 16th to the 18th century and Japanese porcelain. It is one of the few French galleries to specialize in high quality Qing period Chinese snuff bottles. Bertrand de Lavergne, the director, belongs to the ‘International Chinese Snuff Bottle Society’ based in Baltimore, Maryland, and the ‘European Association of Chinese Snuff Bottle Collectors’.
